Session of Partners Selection Commission, selecting partners to the system project Human Capital Programme implemented within Measure 5.3 Lisbon Strategy Implementation Support took place on 22 June 2009. The aim of the project is to create a national measures support system for implementing participative model of creating and implementing local policies within the following fields: employment, social integration, entrepreneurship and balanced development.

Local Activity Support Centre - assessed positively due to potential and offered contribution into diagnostic-research measures as well as methodological and educational measures in the project;
Department for European Social Fund Management begins negotiations with selected partners in order to particularise aim of partnership, tasks, divide tasks among partners, particularise way of managing the partnership as well as other issues essential for entering into partnership contract, and subsequently, for entering into partnership contract with all institutions that give their consent to the established conditions. Pursuant to Development Policy Principles, article 28a, section 4, item 3 (Dz. U. 2006, No. 27, item 1658 with subsequent amendments), information about the partnership contract parties and about the partners’ scope of activities will be made publicly known.
